The Situation:

Peerless Dynamics is a fast growing engineering company with offices in both Canada and the United States. Due to increasing number of projects, Peerless was looking to simplify and automate the way they were obtaining the information from their customers and at the same time keep all engineers working on one project up-to-date with various other parts.

The Solution:

Using a scalable infrastructure, Peerless now captures all the details of a given project via an online quoting tool. This results in a faster quote which is given to their customers. All data is centralized and readily accessible. Peerless employees can now obtain the data they need and go offline to a site where more input is entered into the system. This led to a free flow of information between customers and engineers, eliminating bureaucratic delays and increasing product quality.

The Situation:

Ace Explosives, a sub-division of ETI Canada, is a well established explosives supplier with offices and mine sites in both Canada and the United States. To stay ahead of their industry, Ace was looking to improve the interaction between their sales people out in the field and the supplies they have on stock while giving detailed status reports to higher management.

The Solution:

Currently Ace can check the inventory status for each of their supply depos while keeping track of what is going in and coming out of them. Sales people are creating invoices using intuitive forms that help them easily identify product descriptions and serial numbers. Higher management can see detailed reports for any product and every branch, thereby knowing when stock is depleted and supplies are needed.

MiTasaVino
brings order and simplicity to wine databases

The Situation:

MiTasaVino is an international online business that delivers detailed wine information for the general public. They needed a way to present their customers with easy to find, detailed information on a given wine while maintaining control over the data store and raising revenue through advertising.

The Solution:

We developed an online application. "Quick" and "Easy" where key words in developing the user interface. The control panel behind the software gives MiTasaVino the possibility to see modifications to the data which are requested/added by their members while ensuring the data is accurate by checking with the wineries. Their advertising revenues are now streamlined and controlled with trend specific statistics.

The Situation:

Patricia Morgan is a well established speaker, author and counselor. Her website image was not clearly reflecting the array of services her company was providing. There was a need for an internet presence and a corporate image which was welcoming, uplifting and emphasized her edge in a competitive industry.

The Solution:

After carefully listening to Patricia's goals, an image was developed around which all her promotional material was designed. A website was created, corporate letterheads were provided, PowerPoint templates and a catchy newsletter design were supplied.
